注浆充填作用下共面双裂隙砂岩变形破坏特征研究

摘要: 以共面双裂隙砂岩为例,采用不同的水泥浆液进行注浆充填处理,并进行室内单轴压缩试验,来研究不同注浆充填材料作用下砂岩的强度及变形破坏特征。试验结果表明:与完整砂岩相比,共面裂隙砂岩强度具有明显的退化,退化幅度在18.68%~36.99%之间|随着充填材料强度的增大,砂岩峰值强度和平均模量均表现为逐渐增大的特征。充填材料对砂岩的破裂形态具有很大的影响,充填材料强度较低时,砂岩的破裂过程主要表现为预制裂隙尖端的裂纹扩展|而充填材料强度较大时,充填作用有效抑制了预制裂隙的扩展,破裂面多表现为穿越裂隙布置。研究成果在一定程度上可以为裂隙岩体地下工程支护设计和防灾减灾提供必要的理论依据。

Abstract: Grouting is the very important method in the jointed rock mass reinforcement of underground engineering and has a board application in mining engineering, slope treatment, chamber supporting and so on. The sandstone containing two coplanar fissures was taken as an example, which was firstly treated to filling reinforcement with different cement materials and then conducted to indoor uniaxial compression test, to study the strength and failure characteristic of sandstone under the effect of filling reinforcement. The test results show that, the strength of sandstone samples containing two coplanar fissures has obvious degradation compared with that of intact sample, and the degradation range is between 18.68% and 36.99%. With the increase of the strength of filling material, both peak strength and the average modulus of sandstone present the gradually increasing feature. Filling material has a great influence on the fracture form of sandstone. As the strength of filling material is relatively low, the failure process of sandstone mainly manifests as the crack propagation from the pre-fissure tip. While the strength of filling material is relatively high, the pre-fissure tip propagation is effectively suppressed, and the fracture surfaces are mostly characterized by the arrangement through the pre-fissures. The research results could provide some necessary theory basis for the supporting design and disaster prevention of jointed rock mass in underground engineering.
